An additional or increased deposit may be required in connection with the exercise/use of the Incentive. The Incentive must be applied toward the Qualifying Contract/home to be constructed pursuant to the Qualifying Contract. The “Bonus Room with 3rd Bedroom and 3rd Bathrooms” options that are the subject of the Incentive comprise the following options as made available for selection by DRB Elevate: (i) DRB Elevate option number 26170 - “Bedroom 3 w/ Bathroom 3 ILO Unfinished Storage area included w/ Bonus Room”; and (2) DRB Elevate option number 26225 - “Bonus Room Includes Finished Storage” (collectively, the “Options”). The Options must be selected by the homebuyers no later than the date that all option selections must be completed by the homebuyers pursuant to the Qualifying Contract (and such selections must be memorialized pursuant to an addendum or change order the Qualifying Contract); failure to select the Options by such deadline shall preclude the exercise/use of the Incentive. The items included in the Options, and all other characteristics of the Options, are limited to those specified by DRB Elevate, subject to configuration, design, and other limitations related to the house plan/floor plan of the home. Not all items included in the Options, or other characteristics of the Options, may be available for the specific floor plan of the home. Other limitations apply. See a DRB Elevate sales consultant for additional information. The Incentive is non-transferrable, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. DRB Elevate may, in its sole discretion, and without prior notice, modify or discontinue the Incentive at any time.
